Pittston Area Federation of Teachers, Local 1590, wants Pittston students to start the year right with a backpack and the school supplies they need. We invite PAFT members to contribute $10 in new, packaged school supplies on our in-service days, Wednesday & Thursday, August 23-24.
Volunteers in each building will collect supplies.
We are asking everyone to please contribute back to school supplies (backpacks, lunch boxes, pens, pencil cases, erasers, glue, crayons, markers, folders) -- about $10 (or whatever you can afford) in items.
